The FoodTech Connect Conference and Exhibition returns this October, but with a new home – in 2010 Etihad Stadium , Docklands, Melbourne plays host to this exciting new food industry conference.
FoodTech Connect once again aims to inform, inspire and energise delegates by gathering together a panel of expert speakers who will present up-to-the-minute information in a series of keynotes and case studies, in addition to the operational and technical papers. The aim is to help delegates overcome some of the challenges faced daily and thus make the demands of the workplace more manageable.
If food manufacturing and processing is your field of expertise, then FoodTech Connect is your conference!
The conference
The speaker program for FoodTech Connect 2010 has been designed to attract key personnel including senior management, technologists and engineers. Built around expert speakers from the food manufacturing and processing industries, it will cover topics such as:
- Health and wellness: the role of ingredients
- Sustainability: improving processes in large-scale manufacturing operations
- Global trends in supply chain best practices
The exhibition
The exhibition is as an important aspect of FoodTech Connect. It is designed to allow delegates continued access to the floor throughout the two days, including during session times and each conference session break, giving delegates the opportunity to discuss the challenges faced on a daily basis. This October sees a very similar design, but in addition, there will be hands-on demonstrations by suppliers.
The venue
The venue for this year's conference is Etihad Stadium in the Docklands area of Melbourne. Conference delegates will be catered for in fine style, with plenty of time for networking with industry peers. The venue is centrally located and easy to get to.
