FoodTech Connect FoodTech Connect is a business conference with an exhibition that provides you with an opportunity to meet with some of the food industry’s key decision makers in order to help them solve the daily challenges they face. With conference content that is compelling, up to date and timely, those delegates and visitors will be eager to learn more about what you have to offer and to find out how you can help them.

The conference

The speaker program for FoodTech Connect 2010 has been designed to attract key personnel including senior management, technologists and engineers. Built around expert speakers from the food manufacturing and processing industries, it will cover topics such as:

• Health and wellness: the role of ingredients
• Sustainability: improving processes in large-scale manufacturing operations
• Global trends in supply chain best practices

The exhibition

The exhibition is seen as an important aspect of FoodTech Connect. In 2009 it was designed in a way that allowed delegates continued access to the floor throughout the two days, including during session times and during each conference session break. 2010 will see a similar design, but in addition there will be hands-on demonstrations by suppliers and the opportunity for you to discuss the challenges you face on a daily basis.

FoodTech Connect 10's exhibition has been designed specifically for you to achieve maximum interaction with conference delegates and visitors. All catering - including tea/coffee breaks, lunch and networking drinks - will be served in the exhibition area, amongst the exhibitors. This proven formula, aligned with the conference, delivers real business opportunities for all involved.

The venue

The venue for this year's conference is Etihad Stadium in the Docklands area of Melbourne. Conference delegates will be catered for in fine style, with plenty of time for networking with industry peers. The venue is centrally located and easy to get to.
